The historic country house dating back to the late nineteenth century, has been meticulously restored to preserve the original architectural elements. The main building and the adjacent side structure, surrounded by almond, orange, and carob trees, have retained their authentic charm. Noteworthy features encompass air conditioning in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi internet, a private pool, and various amenities. With a total of 8 bedrooms, the accommodation accommodates up to 17.
The living room, situated in the main building, features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fireplace, and comfortable seating. Four sets of patio doors open onto the terrace overlooking the pool, offering picturesque views spanning the countryside to the ocean.
The country-style kitchen is located in the second part of the property, adjacent to the BBQ and outdoor dining area. Equipped with modern appliances including electric hobs, an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and fridge freezer, it also houses a washing machine and two additional fridges in a separate area. Next to the kitchen, a breakfast room and a dining room with a table and chairs for six are complemented by a sitting room a few steps down in this section of the property.

Bedroom one, on the entrance level of the main building, features two twin beds together and a bathroom next door.

Bedroom two, located next to the main building´s living room, offers two large twins together to form a double and includes a safe.

Bedrooms three and four in the main building are situated on the first floor. Bedroom three has a small double bed, an en suite bathroom, and doors opening to the terrace with sensational views. Bedroom four has two twin beds together and an en suite bathroom with doors to a private side terrace.

The next four bedrooms are in the second part of the property. Bedroom five is a double room, and bedroom six is a twin room that shares the adjacent bathroom, both located near the sitting room in this section. Bedroom seven is positioned along from the breakfast room and includes a double bed and an adjacent shower room.

On the first floor of the building is the annex double room (two twins together) with an en suite shower and an adjoining single bedroom suitable for a child.
EXTERIOR:
The villa´s breathtaking panoramic views can be savored from the poolside terrace, equipped with a safety gate. The free-form pool features steps for entry and spans approximately 9 meters by 5 meters, with an additional section accommodating the steps. A generously sized shaded terrace includes a charcoal BBQ and a dining table capable of seating up to 16 persons. The outdoor space is complemented by a lush lawn garden and a basic children´s play area.
At the front of the property, a spacious lawn garden surrounds a fish pond, with electric entry gates providing access to ample parking space.
LOCATION:
Nestled in the hills above Vilamoura and Boliqueime, just 2 kilometers away, the villa offers proximity to a selection of local bars and restaurants, along with small supermarkets in Boliqueime. Vilamoura, renowned for its marina, five golf courses, and a diverse array of restaurants and amenities, is a convenient 15-minute drive. Beaches can be reached within 20 minutes, making this location a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility.

General
Should you wish to rent a cot or high chair a charge is usually applicable (this varies so please ask for details). An extra bed can also be arranged (depending on the villa) and this is a supplementary weekly charge. Please reserve these items when making your accommodation booking.

Besides the rental, the gas, water and electricity are all included in the price. Linen and towels, except beach towels are included as well as a weekly maid service (where applicable). Any pool and garden maintenance is also included.
