When you are ready to make a booking please call give us a call on Telephone: (+44) 208 502 9357 and availability will be confirmed to you. Any holiday booked more than 10 weeks prior to departure will require a deposit, as stipulated, and the remaining balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Any holiday booked less than 10 weeks prior to departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.
The deposit for the rental of the villa is 25% of the total rental. This deposit is non-refundable. The easiest method of payment is by bank transfer via online banking and we will give you the details of our secured bank account. We also accept all major credit and debit cards.
We will also require you to complete and sign our Booking Form and return it to us by email. Due to new regulations in Portugal we will also need the passport details of the persons occupying the villa.
A confirmation receipt will be issued to you when the deposit has been cleared. Please note that the balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to your departure, should the balance not be received the booking will be deemed as cancelled.
