Villa Candice  is a spacious 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom villa with a perfect location right on the Pinhal Golf course as well as a few minutes walk down to the marina and the beach of Vilamoura. It is situated in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura but very close to all amenities. There are shops, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes’ walk, and the Marina with its lively atmosphere and night life is a just a 10 minute walk away.

Villa Candice  is a spacious 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom villa with a perfect location right on the Pinhal Golf course as well as a few minutes walk down to the marina and the beach of Vilamoura. It is situated in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura but very close to all amenities. There are shops, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes’ walk, and the Marina with its lively atmosphere and night life is a just a 10 minute walk away. The house is very well equipped, offering everything you would need for a comfortable holiday.

The Accommodation Comprises:
Ground floor:
• Very spacious and airy, open plan living/ dining room with air-conditioning, Patio doors lead directly to a terrace overlooking the pool and garden, and the Pinhal Golf course
• Modern fully-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, wine fridge and coffee maker. Separate utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron / ironing board
• Shower room with WC, bidet and single vanity
• Downstairs sitting area leading into double bedroom and separate bathroom

First floor:
• Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC, twin vanity, and access to balcony overlooking pool and garden. Lovely views of the golf course
• Double room with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning and access to the same balcony as bedroom 1.
• Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning
• Separate bathroom with bath and overhead shower, WC, bidet and twin vanity

Exterior:
• Completely enclosed back garden with large swimming pool and backing onto the Pinhal golf course
• Brick built barbecue

The following extras are available (subject to reconfirmation) at this property. 
Must be pre-booked and are payable locally to the Villa Manager in resort on arrival.

End of Stay Clean: Please note, to facilitate extra cleaning service requirements, there is a cleaning fee of £125 applicable which is payable with your balance.

General

Can I order cots / highchairs or extra beds for my family?

Should you wish to rent a cot or high chair a charge is usually applicable (this varies so please ask for details). An extra bed can also be arranged (depending on the villa) and this is a supplementary weekly charge. Please reserve these items when making your accommodation booking.

Do you have a representative in resort?

We will provide you with the contact telephone numbers for our local agents or our villa managers, who are available to assist you in resort.

Does the property have air-conditioning?

We do have air-conditioned villas which are stated on the individual descriptions, alternatively email or call. In some villas the air conditioning is free of charge, and in other villas there is an extra charge (please ask for details). In some properties we can arrange portable air conditioning units at an extra charge.

Do the villas have safety deposit boxes?

The majority of our villas have safes fitted (please ask for details).

Can I arrange a late check-out at the villa if I have a later flight?

In some circumstances this may be possible, subject to availability.  Please speak to your local representative .

What time do we have to vacate the villa?

 10 am to allow cleaning of the villa for new arrival.  

What time are we able to access the villa?

Most of the villas can usually be entered at 4pm on day of arrival, but please understand that this is subject to cleaning.   

Where will l collect the keys?

This information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to departure along with your driving directions, a map and details of in-resort representation/management.

Why do you need my flight details?

This is to help the Villa Manager make the preparations for your arrival.

What documents will I receive when I make a booking?

When you have booked your villa and made your payment, we will send you email confirmation.

Can the villa sleep more people than advertised?

Extra beds can sometimes be arranged for an additional charge but must be booked in advance. The number of people on the confirmed booking are the only people who will be accepted upon arrival.

What does the price include?

Besides the rental, the gas, water and electricity are all included in the price. Linen and towels, except beach towels are included as well as a weekly maid service (where applicable). Any pool and garden maintenance is also included.

Are transfers from the airport to the villa included?

No, but we can arrange these with a friendly, reliable local company. Details on request.

What is the minimum length of stay?

In most of our villas it is 7 nights, some are more flexible. Most apartments, hotels and resorts do not specify.

What is the changeover day?

Some of our owners prefer a Saturday in peak season but others are more flexible. Please call us for details.

Can we hold a villa whilst confirming with other members of the party?

Yes, wherever possible. Normally for 24 hours but this depends on the owner.

Is the balance taken automatically?

No.  On your deposit confirmation letter the date your balance is due will be clearly shown.  Please make arrangements to pay the balance by bank transfer, on or before the due date.  

When is the full balance due?

10 weeks prior to your date of travel (may be subject to earlier repayment date).

How do we make a booking?

When you are ready to make a booking please call us during office hours on Telephone: (+44) 0208 502 9357. The easiest method of payment is by bank transfer via online banking and we will give you the details of our secured bank account.   We also accept all major credit and debit cards.  We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost or full payment (if arrival date is within 10 weeks).

Should I book early?

To get the best availability, particularly in the school holidays and for the larger villas, we recommend you book as early as possible.
