A spacious high-end six bedroom property built on three levels, with a private infinity pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement), games room and unspoilt front row views of the 12th fairway of the Vila sol golf course, one of the best golf courses in Portugal. Contemporary in design and furnished to a high standard throughout.

As you enter the gates of the villa, you will immediately feel right at home in the manicured forecourt with ample parking space. The rear of the property is where you will spend most of your time on holiday, relaxing on the terrace which gets the sun all day long and is furnished with twelve good quality sunbeds and parasols if you prefer a little shade. For the golfers in the group, the owners have built a putting green (Putters and balls provided). For the budding chef to cook up a feast in the outdoor kitchen there is a large gas BBQ, food preparation counters, a sink and an exterior fridge. There is a lounge area with comfortable sofas and the whole garden enjoys gorgeous views of the nearby golf course and lake. The infinity design pool has steps entry and measures approx. 12m x 6m with electric pool cover (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement).
Bright and spacious open plan lounge, dining area and modern kitchen. Large patio doors run alongside the living areas giving easy access to the poolside and allowing plenty of natural light to pour inside. The living room has two large comfortable sofas, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with a Samsung sound bar, and which shows a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There is a second seating space where you can relax and read a book. Adjacent is the dining area with a large table and seating for eight people. There are more chairs available if necessary.
The air conditioned kitchen features a breakfast bar with four stools and is well equipped with appliances including a five-ring gas hob, extractor, American style fridge freezer, integrated electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, 2 coffee machines and a dishwasher. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
On the lower level of the property, you can find the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. You will also find the air conditioned entertainment room here with its own bar, a wine cooler, comfy sofa seating, dart board and a pool table.

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one & two. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), split unit air conditioning and an ensuite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an ensuite shower room with a heated towel rail.
Stairs lead up to bedrooms three, four & five. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an ensuite full bathroom with a corner bath tub, walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe and an ensuite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the golf course and furnished with two chairs. Bedroom five is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a ensuite full bathroom with a corner bath tub, walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail.
On the lower level of the property you will find bedroom six which is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the large adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.

General
Should you wish to rent a cot or high chair a charge is usually applicable (this varies so please ask for details). An extra bed can also be arranged (depending on the villa) and this is a supplementary weekly charge. Please reserve these items when making your accommodation booking.
