Overview

Apartment Angela is a charming ground floor, two bedroom apartment that is located next to the Laguna golf course, only 10 minute walk to the Millennium club house and golf course. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and nicely furnished, with a large terrace leading to the communal swimming pool. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet are included in the weekly rental rate.

Modern, well equipped kitchen with appliances including a fridge freezer, kettle, integrated electric oven and grill, toaster, kettle, four gas hobs, dishwasher and washing machine.

The open plan lounge and dining area are complete with a table and seating for six people, a traditional fogo mantanha log burning fireplace, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV showing a large range of international cable channels with some English channels, and patio doors opening onto the communal poolside terrace and garden. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening directly on to the pool and garden. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an adjacent shower room with a walk-in shower.

General

Can I order cots / highchairs or extra beds for my family?

Should you wish to rent a cot or high chair a charge is usually applicable (this varies so please ask for details). An extra bed can also be arranged (depending on the villa) and this is a supplementary weekly charge. Please reserve these items when making your accommodation booking.

Do you have a representative in resort?

We will provide you with the contact telephone numbers for our local agents or our villa managers, who are available to assist you in resort.

Does the property have air-conditioning?

We do have air-conditioned villas which are stated on the individual descriptions, alternatively email or call. In some villas the air conditioning is free of charge, and in other villas there is an extra charge (please ask for details). In some properties we can arrange portable air conditioning units at an extra charge.

Do the villas have safety deposit boxes?

The majority of our villas have safes fitted (please ask for details).

Can I arrange a late check-out at the villa if I have a later flight?

In some circumstances this may be possible, subject to availability.  Please speak to your local representative .

What time do we have to vacate the villa?

 10 am to allow cleaning of the villa for new arrival.  

What time are we able to access the villa?

Most of the villas can usually be entered at 4pm on day of arrival, but please understand that this is subject to cleaning.   

Where will l collect the keys?

This information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to departure along with your driving directions, a map and details of in-resort representation/management.

Why do you need my flight details?

This is to help the Villa Manager make the preparations for your arrival.

What documents will I receive when I make a booking?

When you have booked your villa and made your payment, we will send you email confirmation.

Can the villa sleep more people than advertised?

Extra beds can sometimes be arranged for an additional charge but must be booked in advance. The number of people on the confirmed booking are the only people who will be accepted upon arrival.

What does the price include?

Besides the rental, the gas, water and electricity are all included in the price. Linen and towels, except beach towels are included as well as a weekly maid service (where applicable). Any pool and garden maintenance is also included.

Are transfers from the airport to the villa included?

No, but we can arrange these with a friendly, reliable local company. Details on request.

What is the minimum length of stay?

In most of our villas it is 7 nights, some are more flexible. Most apartments, hotels and resorts do not specify.

What is the changeover day?

Some of our owners prefer a Saturday in peak season but others are more flexible. Please call us for details.

Can we hold a villa whilst confirming with other members of the party?

Yes, wherever possible. Normally for 24 hours but this depends on the owner.

Is the balance taken automatically?

No.  On your deposit confirmation letter the date your balance is due will be clearly shown.  Please make arrangements to pay the balance by bank transfer, on or before the due date.  

When is the full balance due?

10 weeks prior to your date of travel (may be subject to earlier repayment date).

How do we make a booking?

When you are ready to make a booking please call us during office hours on Telephone: (+44) 0208 502 9357. The easiest method of payment is by bank transfer via online banking and we will give you the details of our secured bank account.   We also accept all major credit and debit cards.  We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost or full payment (if arrival date is within 10 weeks).

Should I book early?

To get the best availability, particularly in the school holidays and for the larger villas, we recommend you book as early as possible.
