Undoubtedly the most famous destination in the Algarve, once a small fishing community now a bustling town, with an abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and market stalls. The nightlife is first class with a massive variety of bars and entertainment, offering something for everyone. Praia da Oura and Montechoro lie just to the east side of Albufeira town.

This beautifully furnished and spacious house is fully air-conditioned and consists of a large, bright sitting/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and a large stock of DVD films, feature fireplace and card table. Patio doors open onto a covered dining terrace with barbecue, which overlooks the pool and garden. Separate fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer in the pantry and microwave and door to barbeque outside. Laundry room with two washing machines, ironing machine and another fridge/freezer.
On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with twin beds, full en-suite bathroom, wall safe and patio doors to pool and garden. The second ground floor bedroom has twin beds and a door to terrace and there is also a double bedroom, both of these bedroom share a full bathroom. Beautiful wooden floors are an attractive feature in all bedrooms.
On the first floor is the Master Bedroom which has two joined single beds, a new en-suite shower room and doors to a large private roof terrace overlooking the pool, garden and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
The grounds of the house are huge with hedges around and private gates and the mature gardens feature landscaped lawns, beautiful exotic flowers, palm trees and even an orange grove and fruit orchard. The lawned grass and sunbathing terraces surround the large swimming pool 11x5m and shower area. For the safety of toddlers, a fence surround for the swimming pool is available if requested before arrival.
