This semi-detached Vale do Lobo townhouse is situated less than five minutes walk to the golden sandy beach which stretches for over 26 km along the coast, and is dotted with beach bars and restaurants serving freshly grilled fish and BBQ´d chicken piri piri. The Praca with its choice of restaurants and bars overlooks the sea is also less than five minutes walk away.
The accommodation is well furnished and comfortable throughout. The lounge area has two comfy sofas and features satellite TV and a CD/DVD player. Five steps take you up to the modern kitchen which has a breakfast bar and is fully fitted and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine. The master double bedroom is located on this floor and has an en-suite bathroom. There is twin bedroom with a separate shower room upstairs. All bedrooms and the lounge/dining area have air conditioning available on request at a weekly supplement. Central heating is available throughout for the winter months (extra charge).

Should you wish to rent a cot or high chair a charge is usually applicable (this varies so please ask for details). An extra bed can also be arranged (depending on the villa) and this is a supplementary weekly charge. Please reserve these items when making your accommodation booking.

No. On your deposit confirmation letter the date your balance is due will be clearly shown. Please make arrangements to pay the balance by bank transfer, on or before the due date.

The easiest method of payment is by bank transfer via online banking and we will give you the details of our secured bank account. We also accept all major credit and debit cards. We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost or full payment (if arrival date is within 10 weeks).
