Villa 017a has one of the most enviable positions within the whole estate. It is situated on the tip of a headland between the 14th hole of the Ocean golf course and The Praça, Vale do Lobo’s beach side restaurant hub. The villa faces due south and has the most magical view directly out across the Atlantic ocean.

The spacious entrance hall includes a cloakroom and opens into a generous, comfortable lounge featuring a fireplace, satellite/internet TV, DVD and CD players, plus wireless internet access (suitable for general browsing and personal email only). Adjacent to the lounge is a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and more.
The sleeping accommodation is arranged over two levels and includes: a master bedroom with a super king-size bed, a balcony offering stunning sea views, and an en suite bathroom; three twin bedrooms—one with its own en suite and two sharing a shower room; and a fifth twin bedroom with en suite facilities, direct access to the upper private balcony, and external access only.
The master bedroom (bed size 2.10m x 1.95m) and the fifth bedroom are located on the upper level, while the remaining three twin bedrooms are situated on the ground floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted LCD screens and satellite TV.
The exterior features a large heated swimming pool measuring 12m x 5m, with a depth of 1.30m at the shallow end and 1.60m at the deep end. Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee (minimum of 7 days). A covered terrace with a dining table, chairs, and a built-in barbecue provides an ideal setting for al fresco meals. The pool terrace and lawned garden offer ample space for sunbathing, with 10 sunloungers provided. The garden is bordered by shrubs and bushes, and steps lead directly down to the beach.
The property is just a 3-minute walk from the Praça, and the beach can be accessed directly from the garden.

General
Should you wish to rent a cot or high chair a charge is usually applicable (this varies so please ask for details). An extra bed can also be arranged (depending on the villa) and this is a supplementary weekly charge. Please reserve these items when making your accommodation booking.
