Villa Atlantico is a five bedroom villa located in the desirable Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago. The villa grounds are huge with rolling lawns, relaxation areas under the pine trees, mature shrubs, flowers, a garden pond and a children’s playground. With an unbelievable feeling of space, and a quiet and peaceful setting, Villa Atlantico is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa is only a few minutes walk from the beach and 1km from the golf course of Sao Lourenco. 

rom the entrance doors of the villa, there is a guest cloakroom to the left and stairs take you up to the television room and master bedroom, and stairs go down to the pool level living room, bedrooms two, three and four and the kitchen. Throughout the property, you will find distinctive stone walls which give the villa real character.
The cosy television room on the upper floor features wooden flooring, log burning fireplace and comfy sofas with 50 inch flat screen television. Double patio doors lead to a delightful 10m terrace terrace, shaded by wooden beams and overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. From here, you can take the stairs directly down to the poolside terrace.
The lower level of the villa opens out into the pool level living and dining room where double patio doors take you directly to the pool area. The dining area features a large dining table with 14 chairs. The living area is furnished with comfortable chairs and there is another 50 inch flat screen television with various entertainment accessories.
The spacious kitchen has a dining area with table and chairs. It is fully equipped and include an American style fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, 2 ovens, 4 gas hobs, microwave, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and additional fridge freezer. Patio doors lead to a raised pool terrace and an adjacent utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside, is an annexe building containing a bedroom and shower room. Below this room with a separate entrance is a cinema/games room with DVD player and large projector screen, with an extensive library of DVD’s.

The master bedroom has a King sized bed, television, under floor heating, air conditioning, an extensive dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space and windows overlooking the gardens. En-suite bathroom with a large Jacuzzi bath, separate shower unit and dual wash basins plus an additional separate wc.. From the master bedroom, patio doors lead to the private wrap around terrace which catches the sun all day long.

The other bedrooms are downstairs. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with wardrobes and a separate dressing area, an en-suite shower room and patio doors lead to a private patio. Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, dressing area and patio doors lead directly to the garden. Bedroom 4 is a twin room with a dressing area and an en-suite shower room. There is an additional fifth bedroom in an annexe building that is accessed from the outside of the villa. This is a self contained bedroom suite with king sized bed, wardrobes, TV and a large shower room.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating (extra supplement payable) - the fifth bedroom has air conditioning only.

Exterior
The villa occupies a large corner plot with gardens, mature shrubs, pine trees and flowers surrounding the extensive lawns. In and amongst the gardens you will find a table tennis table and children’s playground, and also a lovely shaded dining area with table and chairs for 10 persons from which to enjoy meals cooked on the gas barbecue. There is also a private swimming 12 x 5m - pool heating available at extra charge. The poolside terraces benefit from the sun throughout the day. There are a variety of shaded areas where you can relax under the pine trees.
