Villa Quintus Court is a beautifully designed luxury 5 bedroom villa near Gale Beach, in the Albufeira area of the Algarve. This spacious detached property enjoys lovely sea views and is ideally located for guests who want to combine relaxing days by the pool with easy access to sandy beaches, restaurants and local amenities.

The golden sandy beach of Coelha is just a five-minute walk away. There is a good selection of local restaurants within walking distance, including the renowned O Marinheiro restaurant approximately 300 metres away. A mini market is also conveniently located around 200 metres from the villa.

Spacious Living and Dining Areas

The villa is fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished, with bright, spacious interiors and several areas in which to relax.

The main sitting room features a 40-inch LCD satellite television, DVD player, wood-burning stove and patio doors opening onto the garden. There is a separate dining area with an attractive terracotta ceiling and a stylish dining table and chairs.

A second sitting room opens onto a shaded dining terrace, while a further seating area leads towards the swimming pool and garden. The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

Five Bedrooms and Five Bathrooms

Villa Quintus Court has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests.

On the ground floor, there are three twin bedrooms. One has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, while another has an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has access to a separate shower room.

On the first floor, two large, air-conditioned twin bedroom suites each have an en-suite shower room and access to a private sun terrace.

Large Private Swimming Pool and Landscaped Gardens

The beautifully landscaped gardens feature manicured lawns, palm trees and plenty of space to enjoy the Algarve sunshine.

The impressive 11m x 5m private swimming pool is ideal for cooling off and relaxing during your stay. Pool heating is available at an additional cost, but is not available in July or August. There is also an outdoor shower and a large terrace with a built-in BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining.

The villa is enclosed by hedges and private gates, with a carport at the side. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Explore Gale Beach and Albufeira

The location is ideal for enjoying the beaches and restaurants of the Gale and Sesmarias area. Coelha Beach is within walking distance, and the wider area offers a choice of beautiful coves, sandy beaches and beachside restaurants.

Albufeira, with its shops, bars, restaurants and lively nightlife, is approximately a five-minute drive away. Golf courses in the Gale and Salgados areas are also within easy reach.

Car hire is not essential, thanks to the nearby beach, restaurants and local amenities.
