Built on two levels, this is a spacious, bright and attractively designed semi detached villa.
The first floor offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms -
A Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. One double and one twin bedroom, plus a family bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
The double bedrooms have doors opening to a private balcony overlooking the pool.
The ground floor comprises comfortable lounge with 3 sofas, flatscreen TV and DVD player. WiFi Internet. Patio doors lead out to the garden and pool.
Next to the lounge is the dining area with table and chairs and patio doors to with dining facilities 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Its central location makes this the perfect villa to explore the Algarve with its stunning sandy beaches. The stylish Marina of Vilamoura is within a 15 minute drive and has an excellent range of restaurants and shops. Albufeira is just a short drive away and is famous for its beaches and nightlife. You can see the dolphins at Zoomarine or visit the fun filled water parks. The Algarve Shopping Centre and Retail Park is also within a 15 minute drive.

General
Should you wish to rent a cot or high chair a charge is usually applicable (this varies so please ask for details). An extra bed can also be arranged (depending on the villa) and this is a supplementary weekly charge. Please reserve these items when making your accommodation booking.

No. On your deposit confirmation letter the date your balance is due will be clearly shown. Please make arrangements to pay the balance by bank transfer, on or before the due date.
