course and very convenient for the Aquashow waterpark.
Within 400m there are 4 or 5 local restaurants. Vilamoura
with its cosmopolitan marina, designer shops, international
restaurants, bars, nightlife and casino is a 5 minute
drive away as is the large town of Quarteira with beautiful
golden, sandy beach and delightful promenade with beach
bars.
The villa is in a very peaceful, secluded location surrounded
by pine trees and is very private. All the accommodation
is on one level, the entrance hall leads to large sitting/dining
room with attractive wooden features, comfortable sofas,
cable TV, DVD player and fireplace with wood burning stove
and spacious dining area with dining table and chairs.
Through the archway to a large fully equipped kitchen
with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher,
breakfast bar and stools. There is a double bedroom with
fitted wardrobes, a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes
and a full bathroom.
The outside area and garden of the villa is wonderful,
with lawn, a mature garden, orchard, shrubs and many varieties
of trees. There is a very large swimming pool 10 x 5m
with sunbathing terraces and a covered dining terrace
for your al-fresco lunches, plus a covered barbeque area
with sink to prepare your meals easily.
This is a perfect villa for a family holiday, or perhaps
even that ideal honeymoon location! If you are looking
for a holiday getaway with plenty of privacy, but near
to all amenities Villa Sara would be a great choice.
