Villa Maria Adelia is one of our Vilamoura villas. Located close to the Vila Sol Golf course and within a five minute drive to Vilamoura and Quarteira. A mini-market and a few local restaurants are within ten minutes walk as is the new Vila Sol shopping centre. The grounds of this large villa are very welcoming with the private driveway up to the house flanked by orange trees. There is car parking, superb views of the surrounding countryside and Vilamoura, a massive 11x5m swimming pool, barbeque area and even a private orange grove!

This extremely large villa provides traditional and comfortable accommodation. The main house features lounge and dining area, with open plan seating, satellite television and dining table and chairs. Large fitted kitchen, utility area and access to the courtyard where further accommodation is available apart from the main house, an annexe with its own separate access. This annexe is air conditioned (included) and has a twin and a double bedroom with a full bathroom, a kitchenette and small seating area.

The main house now features air-conditioning, which is payable locally if required.
