This luxury three bedroom villa with private garden and pool is situated in Quinta das Salinas, a small, exclusive development, lying on the outskirts of Quinta do Lago. Quinta das Salinas consists of villas and townhouses set amongst pine trees and landscaped gardens.

The golden sandy beach is within walking distance (approx 1.5 km) and can be reached by walking through the pine trees or by road which takes you down to the Ocean. You will find a large selection of international restaurants, tennis, horse riding, shops and bars all close by. It is also an enviable location for any golfer as several of the Algarve's famous golf courses are to be found within 3 km. Other sports and activities are on offer nearby such as deep-sea fishing, water skiing, windsurfing, scuba-diving, sailing and paragliding.

The villa is very comfortable and well furnished throughout. The large modern kitchen is fully fitted and is equipped with granite work tops, dishwasher, oven, four ring hob, microwave, American fridge freezer with ice maker and all modern appliances. The separate laundry room is equipped with a Bosch washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The dining area overlooks the lounge area which is modern and spacious. There is cable TV, a CD player and wireless broadband. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pretty garden area overlooking the private pool (10 m x 5 m) which can be heated on request. The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king size bed, dressing area, cable TV, DVD and a music system. The en-suite bath room has a bath and walk in shower. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to a large private sun terrace. On the ground floor there is a comfortable twin bedroom which can also be used as a double. It has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the garden area. There is a second twin bedroom on the ground floor. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and overhead shower. The villa is air conditioned throughout.

The pretty garden and pool area is equipped with a bar b que and quality garden furniture. The garden is fully enclosed and access is via an electric gate. The pool can be heated on request, supplement charges apply.

Maid service is offered five times per week, towels changed twice per week and linen changed once per week.

Changeover day is Thursday during peak season, flexible at other times.
