This detached villa is located in Lakeside Village,
within the five star resort of Quinta do Lago. The Village
borders a natural salt lake where windsurfing and sailing
are available. There is a large selection of international
restaurants, championship golf courses, tennis, horse
riding, shops and bars close by.
The villa has a spacious lounge/dining room with a fireplace,
cable TV and music system. Patio doors lead to the garden,
BBQ, pool and terrace areas. The kitchen is fully fitted
and has a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble
dryer, fridge freezer, hob and oven. On the ground floor
is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a separate
shower room. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with fitted
wardrobes, a king size bedroom with fitted wardrobes,
a shower room and a bathroom. All bedrooms have terraces
and air conditioning/heating.
In addition to your own private pool, guests can use
the large communal pool, childrens pool and the tennis
courts located down by the lake. Use of the tennis courts
is free of charge, you have to take your own racquets
and tennis balls.
Air conditioning is available on request and a supplement
is payable.
