is one of our holiday villas to rent in Albufeira.
Fabulously appointed, recently renovated high quality villa
with sea views, in the most sought after area of Albufeira
– Cerro Grande. Just a 2 minute walk
from bars, coffee shop, restaurant, mini-market and a 5
minute walk to the old town of Albufeira and the beaches.
5 minute walk to the new Albufeira marina. The best position
in Albufeira! This 3 storey villa offers excellent, spacious
accommodation with cool terracotta tiling throughout. The
entrance hall opens to the marble staircase, with feature
lighting on the steps, and down into the open plan lounge
with sumptuous l-shaped sofa seating plus satellite television,
featuring Sky channels. The separate fully fitted kitchen
has been installed for family living with electric ceramic
hob, eye level oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine
and American Fridge Freezer with ice and water dispenser.
There is a granite breakfast bar with stools where you can
enjoy your breakfast with sea views. Kitchen door opens
to the pool area.
There is a dining area with French doors to the side terrace
and a fully tiled shower room, with wc and sink, downstairs.

views over the sea and Albufeira, and to Vilamoura and Faro
beyond.
