Villa Viva is a superb brand new 4 bedroom villa, situated
in the centre of Vale do Lobo, Europe's finest golf
and beach resort with 2 championship golf courses. Located
close to local amenities, the villa is just 10 minutes
walk to the beach and Praca, and 5 minutes walk to the
supermarket.
Built to the highest standard, this luxurious villa
offers every comfort, making it ideal for all year round
special holidays. Tastefully furnished throughout, on
ground floor level there is an entrance hall, cloakroom,
a very large spacious and comfortable lounge with fireplace
/ wood-burning stove, stereo, C.D. player, video and
satellite T.V. (full package with Sky Sports, Sky Movies,
B.B.C etc). The dining area seats 8 people. Wireless
broadband is also available.
The pool area, extensive garden and terraces can be
accessed through two sets of patio doors. The terraces
are fully furnished with teak dining facilities, built
in barbecue and 8 sun loungers.
Across the hall is a spacious white lacquered kitchen
with seating for 8 and is fully equipped with all modern
appliances including T.V., G.E.C American fridge / freezer,
gas / electric hob, double oven, microwave, coffee percolator,
juicer and ample indoor and outdoor dining ware and
glasses.
Through the double doors of the kitchen one can access
the totally enclosed courtyard garden, a safe haven
away from the poolside for young families.
There is also a separate laundry room on the ground
floor with washing machine and tumble dryer.
To the rear of the ground floor are two twin bedrooms,
both en-suites. The poolside bedroom (double doors)
has bath, shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet. The
courtyard side garden (double doors) has shower, hand
basin and toilet.
Upstairs there are two master bedrooms with patio door
access onto a very spacious furnished terrace with panoramic
views over the Royal Golf Course. Master bedroom 1 has
a super king bed which can also be twin beds if required.
The en-suite bathroom contains a self-cleaning Jacuzzi
bath, twin glass hand basins, shower and toilet.
Master bedroom 2 is very spacious and contains super
king / twin bed, luxurious double bathroom with a 5-headed
walk-in power shower.
Both master bedrooms have built in safes. All linen
provided is Egyptian cotton. Every bedroom has its own
T.V.
The pool measures 12 X 6 metres, has a shallow end
and an adjacent outdoor shower area. The pool can be
heated at an extra charge of £200 per week. There
are two terraces to the rear of the landscaped garden
and lawn. Air conditioning and under floor heating throughout
(supplement payable).
A maid service is provided 5 days a week.
When renting Villa Viva full access to Barrington's
Private Leisure & Spa Club is provided. Barrington's
offers gym facilities and classes, indoor and outdoor
pools, and a range of top European physiotherapists
and treatment specialists. Barrington's also has a driving
range, and by prior arrangement the club will book golf
at a variety of courses on your behalf at significantly
reduced prices
Vale do Lobo itself offers top class restaurants, bars
and nightlife. Family entertainment is also provided
for those holidaying with young children. With all of
these amenities just 10 minutes walk from the villa,
there really is something for everyone!
